He explained everything regarding my care plan. Also took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. I had an excellent experience.

I went and saw Dr Grinspun and my knee and hip were really bad. It’s was 43 years of damage and pain. And he said he would fix me. Dr Grinspun gave me a new knee and then new hip. I am very impressed with his work and manners and truth he told. He is awesome Dr. And I will always remember he made me a new person. I thank you Dr Grinspun for everything.

Appreciated his input on what I might consider doing with this aching back. He encouraged water walking which is exactly what I am going to do. I still wonder if an epidural or 2 or 3 would be effective??? It would just extend the waiting time to when and IF I would have surgery but may offer a pain free period of time before surgery is the only alternative.

He is an amazing Dr who really knows his practice. He has always worked very hard to help me with everything during my horrible foot problems. I would 10 out of 10 recommend him to anyone who has issues with their feel or ankles. He’s amazing

I went to Dr. Worley because I had a large swollen lump under my kneecap due to a fall. Dr. Worley examined my knee very closely and listened to me as I told him how I had gotten the lump and bruises. Dr. Worley was very kind and clearly explained my choices to me about how he could help my knee. I chose to have my knee drained, and he and his nurse quickly got it done. He told me of an over the counter cream to get and put on my knee. I really liked Dr. Worley. He was patient, he listened to me, and he let me make the choice of what to do. S. Fristoe

Always on time even when scheduled. Nurses are very nice and courteous. Dr. Juels has been always nice when talking to about anything.

Dr. Roberts is a good listener and reacts with the least invasive or troublesome treatment that has the best possibility for success.

Dr.Roberts is great. Have used him several times in the past for issues. This time the wait was quite long. Didn’t even get in the room to be seen until 45mins past my scheduled appointment time. Could have been one of those days. Would still highly recommend.

In exam room by time of appointment. Wait maybe 5 minutes for Dr. Jestus. Looked disk. Knew what was wrong, recommended next step and each step thereafter if does not work.

Dr. Turnbull answered all of my questions and I am very happy with the outcome from surgery. His team is wonderful and makes you feel at ease. I know I was in very good hands start to finish.

Dr Jeul is great. He gets 5 stars, however your staff sure needs additional training when it comes to the doctor run late. I waited 1 hour and 10 minutes in the room before the doctor came in. I did go out and ask about the wait in that tiny exam room. Waited, waited and waited. It is in my opinion that the staff needs to inform the patient when he is running OVER an HOUR LATE. This is inexcusable. It’s not the doctors fault, it is the staff that fails to inform a patient of the delays, and training of your staff. I left an important meeting to get to the appointment. I’ve been a medical director for 35 years not to mention working for physicians in private practice. I always informed the patient of any delays. I was so upset when the doctor came in, and really hated to go off on him. He said “I was running 30 minutes late, m sorry”. I said you don’t have to apologize just train your staff to inform people of delays. Simple….

Two weeks after a moving heavy equipment incident at home, I went to see my primary doctor who sent me to Tier 1 Urgent Care. Dr. Worley was the doctor that I saw. He reviewed the Xray, looked and probed my injury and gave me instructions on how to handle the problem.

Dr Birstedt is very thorough and professional. He takes all the time to communicate with you and demonstrates and expounds on your medical issues.

Felt very comfortable with Dr. Jermakowicz. Easy to talk to and understood my issues. No surgery was needed at this point, however if in the future I do he will be my go to surgeon.

Total experience with Tier 1 is 5 stars. From start of scheduled appointment to departure was 20 minutes. Dr. Juels listens well and does a great job of explaining treatment options.

Dr Jestus was prompt for my appointment and answered all our questions, along with recommendations for a plan to address my ongoing neck issues. Very pleased with the explanations and plan of action.

We had previously went to an urgent care clinic and their Dr. Had said there was no fracture. We walked in took an x-ray and after about 5 to 10 mins of being in the exam room. Dr. Worley came in with a diagnosis of a fracture in my daughters growth plate of her hand/wrist. My daughter was given a super cool removable cast and we were on our way. Very nice and super professional!

The care I was given was good. It would have been better. I watched 10 people called ahead of me, if I hadn’t asked it would have been longer. They had messed up my paperwork. So just make sure they have your paperwork right

Went smoothly!!! Except for the pain from pelvis into right leg in the front and into right knee.

Fractured art. Wrist in September 2021. Healed nicely. I’ve continued to have Numbness in 2 fingers since Surgery. Dr. Stachler ordered EMG to find cause. Surgery scheduled for April 2022. Great Group of Doctors and other Medical Personel

Dr. Stachler was amazing as usual! He made sure I understood what was going on and what could possibly be wrong and how he wanted to proceed with treatment. Dr. Pahl took time an explained my diagnosis and explained in order to achieve my goal I will need aggressive physical therapy. I’m all in it because it’s my primary arm and I want to get back to at least 95 percent but goal is 100 and I think together it can be done.

In and out very fast. Eight hrs after receiving a shot in each knee feeling much much better. So happy I dicided to go in. Should not have waited so long.

IMHO Dr. Roberts is at the top of his game! Very professional yet down to earth bedside manner. I can't see what he did to my hip, but fully confident it is as good as it could possibly be. Tightness and pain are really not that bad all things considered. I have had both rotator cuffs done and a torn bicep tendon by other Dr.s and this was by far my best experience. Thank you!

Good as always -I’m sold on him - replaced my hip and haven’t had any issues with it /gave me shots in my inner knee for pain I was having - took care of the problem - looked at my broken pinky finger and told me how to deal with it / it had been broken for 3 months so there wasn’t a lot he could do - will continue to see him if I have anymore issues which I hope I don’t !!

Did not wait nearly as long as past visits. Was able to talk to the doctor right away. A plan was made for follow up.

I had an 3 month followup appointment with Dr. Jestus and he gave me instructions on how to care for my back surgery from this point on and also advised me to call if a visit was needed in the future. Professional and listen to my concerns

Dr. Turnbull was very caring and explained the treatment of my issue very clearly & I would highly recommend him for any type of Orthopedic issue that you have!

The waiting time was not long. The staff was very respectful and polite. Dr. Jermakowicz explained what he was going to do with the surgery and I am feeling better about that.

Walk in for eval of foot injury. While I did not see doc, the PA did seem knowledgeable snd interested in listening to patient input. He seemed better than average knowledgeable about the foot anatomy, physiology and resolution options, and as a result, also seemed to narrow down a specific area of the foot where the injury likely is (difficult when the I had difficulty doing that due to general pain). His patient-interaction manner was very positive; professional, attentive, and easy to relate to. Generally, very satisfied with the care.

Dr. Juels and his staff are the greatest! He is very knowledgeable and caring. I have had issues with my feet for so many years and have seen several different doctors for them. Almost everyone at the practice was very kind and patient and understanding with my 81-year-old mother I did not go into the x-ray with her she told me that the young lady told her to turn to the left and she did then the young lady said you don’t follow directions very good do you I think that was inappropriate not necessary and if I would’ve been in the room and she said that to my mother she got a earful totally inappropriate to say something like that to an 81-year-old woman

I had severe pain while walking and had gotten to the point I didn’t want to walk A day after surgery I felt like a new person was up the same night testing my legs. Met Dr. Jestus when he was recommended for surgery for drop foot. He scheduled surgery and when dismissed this week I have a hundred percent turn around with my left foot. I walk without fear of falling for the first time since May, 2021. Thank you Dr. Jestus, keep up the great work you do!

I was very pleased with my treatment.

It was astonishing to me that my appointment was right on time. NO WAIT!!! Of course, emergencies occur. The facility is beautiful. I was grateful to get an earlier time because of weather conditions!!! But most of all, it was easy to talk and share with Dr. Jestus and I am in hopes of this pain subsiding very, very soon. He is a very pleasant and knowledgeable Doctor with an interest in just everyday living like and "what do you watch on T.V." (I had told him I sit with an ice pack for 10 minutes when the back is acting up and watch TV.) I just found that very down to earth and pleasant. It wasn't ALL about this darn back issue. Now, obviously, my prayer is that I get some relief!!!

Dr Pahl did shoulder surgery on me on 11/28 and all turned out great. 5 weeks later I was in a auto accident & ended up with a compound fracture on my left arm. Dr. Pahl did surgery on my arm & repaired the fracture. My shoulder survived the auto accident. All is going very well. I am totally happy having Dr.Pahl for my surgeon. I recommend Dr. Pahl to anyone.

He has one other Superior employee I'm not sure really if it's his nurse or secretary , but she's a pleasure to deal with and we'll take care of any issues you may have quick. Dr stachler did a total hip replacement surgery on me back in November. He did a very good job and is a very good Dr. I would definitely recommend him for surgery.

Dr Worley, his Nurse and the rest of the staff are excellent. Very personable and professional. I have the utmost confidence in the care I receive at Tier 1.

He gave me his best advice and showed the mri on his laptop. And told me he wasn't up in the latest advances in this type of surgery and would recommend that I do what 8 thought was best for me. I wanted to get this surgery done local rather than drive to Nashville TN but he's not trained in any advanced type of surgery and would rather I get it done where they have the latest advanced surgery procedures rather than with the way he was trained to do the old style way he does it. I've been treated at Tier 1 several times, by Dr. Roberts and his crew. I've had attentive, friendly care from the time I check in from all hands , through x-rays, examinations and injections.

I have no complaints. Everyone from the front office staff, the PA (Kelly) and Dr. Trumbull, all are 1st Class!

Arrived a few minutes early but was called in almost immediately. Had x-rays and consult and shot in knee (painless) talked with Dr and was done in less than an hour. Awesome

I had developed excruciating pain in my right leg, and the numbness and burning seemed to indicate sciatic issues. Another provider had given me an appointment three months out, which I simply couldn't wait for-too much pain. I heard about Tier 1's urgent care, and decided to travel (I live in Crossville) to try and see someone sooner. When I arrived, I explained my issue to the receptionist, and she checked with the Ortho on duty; they said they would be glad to see me, but it sounded like a neuro. The receptionist then got me an appointment with Dr. Jestus' PA, Jacob, that SAME DAY. Jacob gave me a thorough exam, and listened carefully to my description of my issue. He gave a preliminary diagnosis (which ended up being 100% accurate) and fast-tracked me for an MRI. To make it more convenient, Dr. Jestus scheduled his follow-up immediately after the MRI, so there was no additional travel or wasted time waiting for a solution. When it was decided I needed surgery, Tier 1 had that set up in a single week from my appointment. My experience with Dr. Jestus and Cookeville Medical could not have been more positive; attentive, caring staff, no extended wait times and a completely successful surgery. It was the model of what a hospital visit, and surgical experience, should ideally be. A week later, I'm pain free, moving well and still immensely impressed with the care I received with Dr. Jestus and Tier 1. An amazing experience, and one I'm very thankful for.

Dr McKinney, a surgeon, interpreted and explained my diagnostic x-rays and did not recommend surgery (his primary source of income). He did recommend IT Band exercises and prescribed cortisone injections as needed to relieve pain. I highly recommend him! ... and thank him for his service in the US Air Force.

I has been diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome in my right hand and was seeking a neurosurgeon to correct the condition. Dr. Jestus and Tier 1 had been recommended to me. Having heard only positive feedback about Dr. Jestus and CRMC, I decided on him for this surgery. The entire process, from making a timely appointment at Tier 1 for consultation and ultimately the surgical procedure, Dr. Jestus and his staff were cordial, easy to talk to, thorough, detailed and professional in every way. Recently saw Dr. McKinney concerning bump on lower leg just below the knee, xrays were taken, Dr. McKinney diagnosed the bump. The xray tech, Dr. McKinnery and his nurse were excellent. The only complaint, is it seems when I visit Tier 1, I routinely have a long wait time usually 30-60 minutes past scheduled time. Again the care I have received has been top notch.

My experience at was great. I got in quickly the doctor came to the room quickly. I told him everything I could about my knee problem and exactly where it hurt. He knew from experience and an X-ray what was wrong. He made a suggestion on treatment and I went with that. Twenty four hours latter it’s not hurting anymore.

I appreciate the great care I received from Dr. Pahl from my initial visit for an injury throughout all the follow up and for all his responses to my concerns. His nurse, Kitty, also has a compassionate manner and was very knowledgeable in explaining what I needed to know about the casts I wore. It was reassuring to know Tier 1 was open and available for morning hours on Saturday, if needed, in addition to my scheduled appointments.

I have been battling back pain issues for years from cancer treatments in 2001. I have looked for help from several pain management doctors and was told on many occasions that I would “just have to leave with the pain”. Before moving to the area, I had a pretty bad experience with the medical profession, so I was on edge with me visit. The online check-in was not the greatest experience, increasing my anxiety. I was told to arrive 30 minutes early and check-in went very quickly. My wait was longer than I had hoped, but was tolerable. When called back X-rays were taken then I was taken to an exam room, where one of the pleasant nurses took my information and I waited to see the doctor. Dr. Stachler was very calming and confidant. He took the time to discuss my condition and gave me the confidence that he is the right doctor for me. I quickly understood the longer wait in the waiting room, because they take the time with the patients! This was my first visit, but I would recommend Tier 1 and Dr. Stachler.

Dr Paul was a very caring Dr and I’d recommend him to everybody!!!! The nurse that came from Cookeville to help out, was really sweet also…the whole staff was really pleasant also.. great visit. I’d rate them a10!!!

Dr. McKinney gave me life back after years of not really living with constant pain from severe OA in my right hip. I chose him because he took the time to explain to me the pros and cons of each THR approach. He also explained to me why he thought the approach he chose was best for me. I trusted him, he was honest and real. I am 10 weeks post op and can do things I have not been able to do in years! Best Oa surgeon in Middle Tn, I know because I had been to many of them before I chose Dr. McKinney.

Got hurt in a football game Thursday night we were able to get in Friday morning get him seen get an MRI knowing that he is a big football player for the local community to make sure that he was OK it was amazing and I appreciate DR. I just completed 3 paragraphs and it erased. Im now going to be brief, in case it happens again. Dr Juels, is patient, attentive, caring, and very handsome. As brief as it comes. Every word has a big message, but briefly, Im very fortunate to have had God pick me one of the best doctors in the Upper Cumberland area. Maybe in Tennessee! Im not being silly, I truly mean this. I've seen multiple doctors since, 2010, and he happens to be next to top, on my list.
